Built around one job: getting the part and its paperwork to the aircraft.
Superwing Service Pty Ltd is an Australian registered company operating from Doncaster East, Victoria.
A supply desk, not a maintenance shop.
Superwing Service exists because aviation supply is administrative work disguised as logistics. A component is easy to order and hard to close out: the condition has to be right, the release documentation has to travel with it, the freight has to arrive before the aircraft is needed, and the whole movement has to be reconstructable a year later when somebody asks.
We take that end-to-end. Operators, maintenance organisations and workshops send us a requirement; we source it, price it, move it and hand back a complete record. The engineering judgement stays with the people who hold the authority for it — we do the sourcing, the freight and the paperwork that surrounds it.
The company is deliberately small. That means a named contact who already knows your fleet and your stores conventions rather than a queue, and it means we say no to work we cannot do properly.
Company snapshot
Four commitments we hold ourselves to.
Say the lead time
Every quote carries a real lead time and the condition of the part. If a date is uncertain we say so rather than quoting the optimistic one.
Paperwork at purchase
Documentation is requested when the order is raised, not after the part lands. It arrives with the consignment.
Stay in scope
We supply, move and administer. Regulated maintenance, inspection and certification stay with the approved organisations that hold that authority.
Show the cost
Supply cost, freight and our fee are itemised. You can see exactly what you are paying for before you approve it.
Eastern-states operators and the workshops behind them.
Our base in Doncaster East puts us within reach of Melbourne's freight and airport corridors, which is where most of our consignments start or finish. Work regularly runs interstate.
